We guarantee all of our jewelry against manufacturer defects. Every piece is handcrafted and made to last. If you do happen to notice something that slipped by our quality control team, please send us pictures and a description at email@example.com so we can evaluate your piece and determine how to proceed. If this was an oversight on our end, we will cover the cost of shipping (both ways) and send you a replacement.
Our warranty does not include coverage for wear and tear, loss of gemstones (unless due to a manufacturing defect), jewelry that has been bent incorrectly, lost jewelry, or theft. Third-party alterations will void your warranty with us. For repairs that are not covered under the warranty, we will quote a price and turnaround time for your approval before work is performed.
Shipping is readily available to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. All other destinations will absolutely be considered as well. Shipping rates will vary accordingly.
Shipping insurance is offered at the time of checkout. Although we cannot be held responsible for any delivery discrepancies or lost packages, we will assist you in any way we can with insurance claims.
