General terms & conditions


We guarantee our jewelry against any manufacturer defects. All of our jewelry is handcrafted and made to last. If you do happen to notice a manufacturer defect, please contact us at [email protected] so we can evaluate your piece and determine how to proceed.

Our lifetime warranty does not include coverage for wear and tear, loss of gemstones (unless due to a manufacturing defect), jewelry that has been bent out of shape, lost jewelry, or theft. Third-party alterations will void your warranty with us. For repairs that are not covered under the lifetime warranty, we will quote a price for approval before work is performed.

Stargazer Fine Jewelry does not accept returns or exchanges for body jewelry. Our clients’ health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns for any jewelry that may have been worn. 

If your jewelry is damaged or defective, please contact us directly at [email protected] with pictures and a brief description of the issue. If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of shipping (both ways) and send you a replacement. 



Stargazer Fine Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any delivery discrepancies or lost packages. While we will assist you in any way, all shipping insurance claims will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
